Advertiser Agreement

Version 1.1, effective October 17, 2026.

The short version

1. Who this agreement is for

This Advertiser Agreement is between VSF Marketing LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Tampa Services ("Tampa Services") and the business that buys or asks about advertising ("Advertiser," "you"). The person accepting confirms they can bind the business.

2. We are a platform, not a contractor

Tampa Services runs a website and app that shares information and passes service requests to independent local businesses ("Providers"). We do not perform, supervise, direct, inspect or guarantee any repair, installation, construction, maintenance or other service. We are not a contractor, subcontractor, employer, agent, partner or joint venturer of any Provider or customer, and we are not a party to any estimate, contract or payment between a customer and a Provider.

Nothing on the platform is an offer by Tampa Services to do contracting work under Chapter 489, Florida Statutes. Any work is offered, priced, contracted, performed and warranted only by the Provider.

Where we show "License & insurance on file," it means only that a Provider gave us a number or document at a point in time. It is not a promise that a license or policy is current, valid or enough for your job. Verify a Provider yourself, for example at myfloridalicense.com, and ask for a certificate of insurance before work starts.

Our articles, cost ranges and checklists are general information, not legal, insurance, engineering, tax or financial advice. Local rules and permits vary. Confirm with your building department or a qualified professional.

3. Who can advertise

Advertising is only for businesses that are not contractors or service providers competing for requests on Tampa Services, for example insurance agencies, real estate agents, lenders, suppliers, manufacturers, apartments and local shops. If your business offers a service we route requests for, apply as a Pro instead. We decide eligibility and may decline any advertiser.

Advertising never affects which Pro receives a request, and we never show competing-trade ads on trade pages.

4. Sponsored label and approval

Every placement is labeled "Sponsored" or "Advertisement." We review and must approve all creative, links and offers before they run and may reject, resize or remove an ad at any time. Placement design and position are our editorial choice.

5. Your content

You promise your ads, offers and landing pages are true, not misleading, backed up, lawful (including the FTC Act, FDUTPA, the FTC Endorsement Guides, lending, insurance and real estate rules) and don't infringe anyone's rights. Any reviews or testimonials you use must be real and follow 16 CFR Part 465. You give us a license to display your content and marks during the term.

6. Fees and no guarantees

Fees, term and placement are shown in your order. Fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable once a placement period starts, except that if an approved ad is down for more than 72 hours in a row because of us, we extend it by the same time (your only remedy).

We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, calls, leads, sales or return on investment. Traffic figures are estimates. Our reports and measurements govern.

7. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Tampa Services Parties from all claims and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your ads, offers, products, services, data use or breach of this agreement or the law.

8. Term

Each order runs for its stated term and renews only if you renew it. We may end an order immediately for a content or legal violation, with no refund.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT A PROVIDER WILL BE AVAILABLE, RESPOND, QUOTE A PRICE, DO GOOD WORK OR FINISH A JOB, OR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, TAMPA SERVICES, VSF MARKETING LLC AND THEIR OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS (THE "TAMPA SERVICES PARTIES") ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR FOR ANY ACT, OMISSION, WORK, PRODUCT, PRICE OR CONDUCT OF ANY PROVIDER, CUSTOMER OR ADVERTISER.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PLATFORM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TAMPA SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) $100.

These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including liability for our own fraud or intentional misconduct.

11. Disputes: informal resolution, arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights.

Talk to us first. Before starting any claim, send us a written description of the problem and what you want, using a support ticket at www.tampa.services/support/ with the subject "Legal notice." Both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days.

Binding arbitration. If we can't resolve it, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform will be decided by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (for consumers) or Commercial Arbitration Rules (for businesses), and the Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitrator decides all questions, including whether a claim must be arbitrated. Hearings will be held in Hillsborough County, Florida, by phone or video, or where the law requires. For consumer claims we pay the filing and arbitrator fees that the AAA Consumer Rules assign to a business.

Exceptions. Either side may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Hillsborough County, Florida if it qualifies, and either side may ask a court for an injunction to stop misuse of its intellectual property, data or platform.

Class-action waiver. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine claims of more than one person. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim (and only that claim) goes to court and the arbitration agreement does not apply to it.

Jury waiver. To the extent a claim goes to court, both sides waive a jury trial.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days after you first accept these terms by opening a support ticket with the subject "Arbitration opt-out" that includes your name, account email and a clear statement that you opt out. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.

Time limit. Any claim must be filed within one year after it arose, or it is permanently barred, unless the law requires a longer period.

12. Florida law and venue

Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration section. Subject to the arbitration section, the exclusive venue for any court action is the state courts in Hillsborough County, Florida or the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. General

Changes. We may update these terms. We will post the new version with a new version number and effective date and, for changes that materially affect your rights, tell you in your portal or ask you to accept again. Changes don't apply to a dispute we already know about. If you keep using the platform after a change takes effect, the new version applies.

Whole agreement. These terms, plus the Privacy Policy, the Communications & SMS Policy and the Review Policy, are the whole agreement about the platform. If a part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms; we may transfer them with our business.

Electronic acceptance. Checking the box and creating an account (or submitting a request) is your electronic signature. We keep a record of which document, which version and when you accepted it.
